Synctoy – for easy file synchronization!

Synctoy is an useful tool especially for workers shuffling work between office and home. It is from Microsoft Corp. After installing the software, what you need to do is to pair two folders that you want to synchronize or update ( from one to the other or vice versa ) and save the pair name. After which, you can highlight the name and just click “run” to do the job whenever you like. It’s that simple! You can create multiple pairs of folders and run all at the same time so long as all the folders are available on both your PC and external storage (such as harddisk, thumbdrive or other memory cards). This software can be downloaded at the Microsoft site.
